What are the opening hours of the exhibition?

Wednesday 15th November: 9am - 5pm
Thursday 16th November: 9am - 4pm

How do I get to Holiday Park and Resort Innovation?

Holiday Park and Resort Innovation will be held at the NEC:

National Conference Centre
North Avenue
Marston Green
Birmingham
West Midlands
B40 1NT

By Car:

Located bang in the middle of the UK’s motorway network, jumping in the car is the ideal way to get to the NEC.

You’ll find the NEC clearly signposted from all motorways and major routes including the M42, M40 and M6 - just pop B40 1NT in your sat nav. When you arrive at the NEC don’t follow your satnav anymore, look out for the show name you're visiting on our signs. Then, simply jump on our free shuttle bus or take a leisurely stroll along our signposted footpaths.

Be prepared and book your parking up to 3 months ahead of Holiday Park and Resort Innovation 2023 to take full advantage of the early bird pricing, saving you 30%!

By Public Transport:

Getting to us by train is brilliantly easy as the NEC is located less than a ten-minute walk from Birmingham International Railway Station.

You won’t even need to brave the elements. Direct services run all day, however, if you’re traveling from further afield you may need to catch a connecting train at Birmingham New Street, which is less than a 15-minute journey away. Bus and Coach:

Over 120 National Express and Megabus coach services run daily across the UK to Birmingham Airport.

Nearest International Airports:

Birmingham Airport is right on the doorstep for the NEC, making it easy for international visitors to get to Holiday Park and Resort Innovation.

Simply take the free and fast air-rail link to Birmingham International Railway Station located at the upper level of Terminal 1. The train runs every two minutes and only takes 90 seconds. When you arrive just head straight through to the NEC.

Can I book a hotel?

There are a variety of options near the NEC if you need a place to stay overnight. Travelodge Birmingham Airport is only a 6-minute drive away from the NEC, providing a great range of rooms at an affordable price, with the lowest room rates in the local area.

Are children permitted in halls during build/breakdown?

Sorry, but as our halls are busy working environments we don’t allow anyone under the age of 16 in the halls during build and breakdown.

Is the venue accessible?

The NEC aims to be fully user-friendly for visitors with access needs. This is a quick guide to some of their facilities.

Exhibiting Questions

What days can I access to prepare my stand?

Space only: Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th November.

Schell Scheme: Tuesday 14th November from 12 noon.

How many free parking passes do I get?

There is one parking pass per stand. You need to get your parking pass from the Organiser's Office in Hall 19.

Where is the Organiser's Office?

Hall 19.

Where do I find the operations manual?

There will be a link in Exhibitor Ezone which will take you to the operations manual.

What’s included in my Schell scheme package?

Up to 10m2: Shell walling, name board, electric and carpet.

10m2 and over: shell walling, name board and carpet.

Will there be carpet in the gangways?

Yes, the carpet is BACK and recyclable 🙌

How do I book additional services?

Go to the operations manual in the Ezone for all the details.

When do I need to remove my stand?

Space only: Friday 17th November by 2pm.

Shell scheme: Stands need to be removed by 10pm Thursday 16th November.

Parking during build-up/breakdown?

All vehicles unloading, whether cars or lorries need to obtain in advance an Event Delivery Pass using our online delivery system powered by Voyage Control.  Please note this includes all deliveries on open day. 

Are there still spaces available for my organisation to exhibit?

Where can I find out more about becoming an exhibitor?

What happens after I have signed up to exhibit at the show?

Our marketing team will email you with valuable information, including pre-show and on-site exposure opportunities. You'll also receive a link to access the exhibitor manual and the exhibitor zone. Stay tuned for this important email!

Will there be visitor WiFi zones?

Yes, there is visitor WiFi available.

If you are an exhibitor, you will be able to pre-book WiFi via the Ezone.

Is there a cash point?

Yes, there are ATM machines on site. Please note: The NEC is now a cashless venue.

Are pets allowed at Holiday Park and Resort Innovation?

No dogs are permitted into the event, nor should they be left in your car. Only guide dogs and assistance dogs for the disabled are allowed on site.

Will show photography and videography be taken during the show?

The purchase of a ticket signifies acceptance that as members of the audience, ticket holders may be filmed, sound recorded and/or photographed for broadcast and/or future publicity.

Will there be food and drink at the show?

Yes, The NEC has on-site restaurants located in Hall 20 and 19 providing a wide selection of refreshing drinks, hot meals, deli sandwiches, salads, and cakes. You can also head over to Leisure Food and Beverage Expo in Hall 18 to sample food and drink from our top exhibitors.
