Since joining the Lyons Holiday Parks Group in April 2021 and going from a corporate to private holiday park operator, I wanted to share my journey over the last 6 months joining a family owned, 5th generation holiday park business that has been extremely successful for 96 years and what has contributed to this continual success.

With over 25 years experience within the holiday park and tourism industry, I have worked with lots of exceptional people and am proud to have supported development, through mentoring and coaching these team to be the best version of themselves.
I have successfully ran huge holidays businesses on holiday parks in Lincolnshire, Devon and North Wales, have been a Holiday Park General Manager and Complex Manager as well as nationally supporting accommodation and lettings departments to continual improvement. I am a multi talented operations manager able to transform businesses through applying an operational excellence lens.
