Jemma Clarke (Chair)

Before joining Sykes Holiday Cottages Jemma worked as a senior M&A, private equity and portfolio company lawyer at a top US law firm, a magic circle law firm and the top ranking, most active law firm in the North. I worked on a number of Sykes' acquisitions. Jemma became Sykes’ Legal Director in February 2021 where she created a Legal Team and following the addition of Forest Holidays and UKcaravans4hire. Jemma then became General Counsel of the Forge Holiday Group.
