Scan 2 plan 3D Ltd is no ordinary 3D scanning company. It was established with the aim to not only provide top quality virtual walk around's but combined with mechanical and electrical experience, enables us to create everything from a virtual tours to comprehensive tenders and specifications.

We have worked with companies from the NHS to architects, not only to scan the project, but to also help design the clients mechanical and electrical needs. In addition, with the use of the scans we are able to collaborate other trades to ensure clarity throughout the project. Our floor plans and 3d imaging enable us to only require one person to attend site and limits the need for repeat visits or multiple contractors to attend site. In addition, with the use of Points Of Interest (POI's) We are able to highlight different scopes of work applicable to different contractors or stages. The ability to look back at the 3D scan also enables us to manage and communicate all health and safety risks far more effectively, which in turn enables us to design out risk before the project commences.
